The “Teach to Transform” program is one of our signature initiatives under the overarching umbrella of TeachersChoice program. This program provides Teachers an opportunity to not only learn the techniques that will make them effective in classroom, but also offers a platform for them to practice these techniques with other teachers. The continuous feedback mechanism built into the program framework helps teachers refine their practice until they’re ready to perform with confidence in the classroom.
Teach To Achieve
TalentSprint’s Teach To Achieve is a highly innovative certificate program designed to offer 4 weeks of rigorous training in Classroom Pedagogy, Culture and BehaviourCompetencies, Communication and Digital Skills. The 4-weeks training is followed by 4-weeks of school placement. A low-touch training is continued over weekends for aspirants to reflect and learn from their personal and peer experiences. The teacher certification at the end of the program is based on evaluation. Upon successful completion of the program, participants are offered an exclusive opportunity to explore careers in prestigious urban schools
