Program Policies

All Participants enrolled for any Program on the Platform are required to carefully read and strictly adhere to the following guidelines while interacting with the Services, Program or Platform. Any capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them under the Program Terms and Conditions.

Classroom Etiquette

  • The Classes will be conducted as per the schedule, which will be shared with the Participants by TalentSprint. Participants should be punctual in attending the Classes.
  • In the event the Participant is unable to attend any Class, the Participant is expected to watch the recording of the Class, shared by TalentSprint, before the subsequent Class.
  • Participants may answer the questions posted by other Participants on the Platform.
  • The Participants must strictly adhere to the safety measures recommended or mandated by the government.
  • Participants should not use their mobile phones and should keep their mobile phones switched off or on silent mode during Classes, unless they are using the Platform via mobile browser.
  • In the event any Class is conducted in the premise of TalentSprint or Partner or any other location, internet access shall be provided at the premise for the purpose of the relevant Class and using it for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.

Honor Code

  • Throughout the tenure of this program the Participants are expected to act with honesty, integrity, and respect in dealing with other participants and the faculty, mentors and staff of the program.
  • It is imperative that the Participants show respect for every member of the TalentSprint and Partner community as well as other participants and refrain from any form of intimidation, harassment, abuse, stalking, bullying, threatening or derogatory behaviour, defamation, impersonation, gambling, exhibition or transmission of any inappropriate content or indecent content, promulgation of hate speech, illegal activities, infringement or violation of the intellectual property rights of any person (including other users and third parties, related or unrelated to the use of the services provided), or any acts of prejudice that may infringe upon the rights of any member(s) of the community. Healthy competition is encouraged. Participants are expected to hold themselves to high standards of discipline, tolerance, and respect.
  • Participants are encouraged to discuss Program material with each other but are expected to submit individual and original responses for assignments, experiments and assessments.
  • Participants are forbidden from submitting other participants’ work as their own, fabricating credentials, cheating in any tests, collaborating with each other in violation of the ideals imposed by the faculty, and posting Your solution on more than one Program without prior permission.
  • Participants are strictly advised to avoid situations in academic settings or with academic exercises that may increase the likelihood of Honor Code violations. Participants are bound to report any infraction of the Honor Code that comes to their attention to the appropriate faculty, even if they choose to resolve the problem themselves. Any violation of this Honor Code, whether committed knowingly or out of ignorance, may result in disciplinary action.
  • Violation of the Honor Code include but are not limited to the following:
    • Replicate/duplicate/Copy from past or current participants examination paper,
    • Permit/allow another participant to copy from one's own paper,
    • Referencing previous batches material,
    • Proxy Attendance,
    • Plagiarism, revising and/or resubmitting a quiz or exam for re-grading, without the instructor's knowledge and consent,
    • Provide or receive unpermitted aid on take-home examination.
    • Provide or receive aid on any academic assignment under circumstances in which a reasonable person should be aware that such aid was not permitted.
  • All enquiries about the Program should be directed only to the TalentSprint email helpdesk, details of which will be shared at the start of the Program.
  • TalentSprint prohibits all forms of bribery including offering, promising, giving or authorizing others to give anything of value, either directly or indirectly, to any party in order to gain an unfair advantage, such as obtaining or retaining attendance, marks, etc.

Certification and Academic Guidelines

  • Participants will be evaluated on the basis of examinations/assignments for all the courses. The basis of evaluation, attendance policy, assessments and grading policies for certification will be communicated during the Program orientation.
  • Certificate of Successful Completion will be awarded to only those who clear both the attendance and grading requirements of the Program.
  • Attendance will be obtained for each session separately. Participants with less than requisite attendance will not be eligible for the completion certificate. Any additional review sessions held will not form part of the attendance requirement.
  • The decision of TalentSprint and Partner in the assessment of Your Performance in the tests, assignments, projects, deliverables, etc., of the Program will be final. You will be bound by and not object to or dispute the decision of TalentSprint and Partner.
  • Partner and TalentSprint reserves the right for any final discretion in case of any possible disambiguation with respect to the grades and certification.
  • Any request to change or extend deadlines for submission of assignments, assessments, projects, evaluation in relation to the program will not be entertained.

Content Guidelines

Any content posted on the Platform by any Participant shall be governed by these guidelines (“Content Guidelines”). Any capitalised terms used by not defined herein shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them under the Program Terms of Use for the Participants.

  • The Participant is solely responsible for all content including but not limited to contact information, comments, questions, solutions posted on Your account or anywhere on Our website (“Content”). It is Your choice to allow other users to view or modify any Content shared by You. TalentSprint reserves the right to permanently remove any Content You share that it deems unfit, or breaches the Program Terms and Conditions, any other policy of the Platform, violates any applicable laws, or pursuant to any administrative or judicial order or direction by any governmental authority.
  • Participants are not permitted to post repetitive, inappropriate, or promotional content on the discussions pages. If such content is found to be posted, TalentSprint reserves the right to immediately remove the same.
  • Participants should not post Content that will cause harm or loss to other users or is illegal in any manner. The Participant shall ensure that the Participant owns or has the right to use such content and that such Content does not and will not violate, infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise use without necessary authorization, any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, moral or “droit moral”, or other rights of any third party, or violate any law, regulation, or court order. The Participant shall ensure that all such Content is non-confidential, non-proprietary, and must not contain or include any information which Participant does not have the right to disclose or does not wish to be disclosed. TalentSprint will not be responsible or liable for any use or disclosure of Content, including any personal information included in that Content.
  • The Participant shall further ensure that he/ she does not forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting, or in any way use the Services to send altered, deceptive or false source- identifying information, or send any communication that deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is offensive or menacing in nature.
  • The Participant shall not send communication that threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.
  • TalentSprint shall, upon obtaining knowledge by itself or been brought to actual knowledge by an affected person in writing or through email signed with electronic signature about any such information in contravention of these Content Guidelines, be entitled to disable such information. We shall also be entitled to preserve such information and associated records for at least 90 (ninety) days for production to governmental authorities for investigation purposes.
