Refund and Batch Transfer Policy

Any refund of fees to the participants who have enrolled for any program offered by TalentSprint shall be governed by this refund policy (“Refund Policy”). Any capitalised terms used by not defined herein shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them under the Program Terms and Conditions for the Participants.

Refund:

If a Participant (“Claimant”) wishes to withdraw from any program offered by TalentSprint or to transfer to another batch either before or subsequent to the commencement of the session, or wants a refund of fees, the Claimant should send an email to csm@talentsprint.com , stating reasons thereof (“Claim”).
The amount of the fee to be refunded against any Claim shall be as stated in Schedule I of this Refund Policy.
Any Claim for adjustment/ refund of fees paid by the Claimant shall be subject to the sole and absolute discretion of TalentSprint
If a Claim is received by TalentSprint for the Participant’s voluntary withdrawal, discontinuance and/or request for refund from the Program, all access to the Platform, the Program and any other learning logins created for the Participant as part of the Program will be blocked and removed.
TalentSprint will have no liability or obligation to provide any further service, content, deliverables in relation to the Program, from which the Claimant has withdrawn.
All refunds by TalentSprint to the Claimant shall be subject to the execution of a standard agreement shared by TalentSprint.
Any EMI subvention charges, Payment Gateway charges and other such fee collection charges shall be borne by the Claimant.
The campus visit fee, if any, is non-refundable for no-show cases.

Batch Transfer:

TalentSprint reserves the absolute and sole discretion and right to accept or reject any Claim for change in batch and/or adjustment/refund of amounts paid already for current/future batch.
Batch Transfer is not permitted if You have attended one or more sessions.
All requests for batch transfer shall attract a batch transfer fee of Rs 15,000 plus applicable GST (“Batch Transfer Fee”).
In the event of any increment in program fee or campus fee between the time of enrolment till the time a Claim for a batch transfer is made, the difference arising due to such increment shall be borne by the Claimant.
