About the Speaker
Dr. Hemant Palivela is a Senior Research Scientist and Data Science Manager at Accenture AI labs. Dr. Palivela has been named in the 40 Under 40 Data Scientists In India 2021 by Analytical India Magazine. Before joining Accenture AI labs, he has worked with renowned organizations like NMIMS, Aureus Analytics, eClerx Services, etc. He has also worked as an assistant professor at Mumbai University. His principal areas of interest regarding the theoretical frame include machine learning optimization, linear algebra, probability theory, and practical frame include, drug discovery, insurance analytics, and recommendation systems. He has published over 45 research papers in international conferences and journals indexed by Scopus and SCI. Dr. Palivela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Master’s degree in Computer Engineering and Ph.D. in Computer Engineering. Know more
