2. Business Rationale
2.1 What is being announced between TalentSprint and Accenture?
After months of intense work, we are very excited to share that TalentSprint has joined Accenture. Over the next few months, TalentSprint and Accenture will be working together to come up with the right solutions for our combined businesses. Accenture is a prominent force in the transformation of talent. TalentSprint will become a part of Accenture LearnVantage, the company's comprehensive technology learning and training service, helping clients become "talent creators" with people at the center of their reinvention using technology, data, and AI.
2.2 Why has Accenture chosen to acquire TalentSprint?
Accenture chose TalentSprint because of our leadership in deep tech and management education. Accenture recognized our expertise equipping professionals with future-ready skills for over 15 years and value the quality of learning we offer, and the partnerships we have built to ensure our programs are industry relevant and deliver high-impact learning outcomes. TalentSprint's end-to-end delivery capabilities of focused learning programs provide a competitive value proposition for learners and enterprises alike, making it a great fit for our expanding LearnVantage business.
2.3 Where will we, as TalentSprint, fit within Accenture?
TalentSprint's team will join Accenture LearnVantage. Our team and programs will strengthen LearnVantage's capabilities to help organizations reshape their workforce through upskilling and reskilling and prepare workers for an AI-powered world.
2.4 What is the vision of Accenture LearnVantage?
Accenture LearnVantage is designed to empower organizations to become 'talent creators' by bridging the skills gap in technology, data, and AI. Launched in March last year, it addresses the growing demand for industry-specific training to help businesses and governments rapidly upskill and reskill their workforce at scale. Accenture research highlights that 51% of organizations are already facing negative impacts from IT skills shortages, while 94% of workers want to learn new skills in generative AI, yet only 5% of organizations provide AI training at scale. LearnVantage helps businesses identify skill gaps created by technological advancements and delivers personalized, AI-driven learning experiences to meet evolving workforce needs. With a $1 billion investment over three years, and the strategic acquisition of Udacity, Award Solutions, and TalentSprint, LearnVantage strengthens Accenture's commitment to building future-ready workforces and ensuring organizations can fully leverage AI and digital advancements for sustained business growth.

TalentSprint will be on the journey with other leading edtech companies Udacity and Award Solutions who also recently joined Accenture; part of the company's planned $1 billion investment in LearnVantage over three years announced in early 2024. 4.1 What is the value for TalentSprint corporate clients?

4.2 What is the value for TalentSprint academic partners?
LearnVantage plans to scale TalentSprint's strong catalogue of tech and management programs (via academia partnerships) to Accenture enterprise clients and government. Also similar to clients, partners will also benefit with enhanced resources. Our partners can continue to expect the same high standards. We shall ensure seamless transition with no immediate changes. Through this transition, we will keep our partners informed about this exciting new chapter and look forward to addressing their questions as they arise.
4.3 What is the value for Accenture clients?
Our programs, partnerships and capabilities will boost Accenture's ability to meet its clients' demand for training, helping their people gain the essential technology skills in emerging areas needed to reinvent their organizations and achieve greater business value.
4.4 Have our clients & stakeholders been informed?
Following this announcement, we are informing all clients and partners about our agreement. Our goal is to ensure continuity of contracts and commitments, providing maximum value. As of now, our teams will continue delivering quality work and impactful projects as usual. If asked about the acquisition by clients we encourage you to refer to the press release and for further questions please contact the senior leadership team.
4.5 Will our contracting processes change?
TalentSprint's client and partner contracts will continue to be honored essentially as "business as usual," with all teams continuing to focus on delivering impactful transformational learning programs. While we support continued relationships and growth, there are some cases where we need to refine procedures in an effort to protect both TalentSprint and Accenture. This may include renegotiating terms that put us at risk, contracting local to local or restricting contracting in certain countries. We will work with each client and partner to discuss how they can best leverage the breadth and depth of capabilities now offered through TalentSprint and Accenture.
4.6 When will we be able to work on Accenture projects and vice versa?
It's already possible, and we are looking forward to getting our teams to work together, share their expertise, best practices, and have fun. Our business leaders will assess when and where it makes more sense, to ensure that it's a good experience for our teams and the right staffing for our clients.
5. Integration Plan & Communications
5.1 What is the timeline of the integration process?
Our integration timeline is expected between 8 to 12 months post announcement. At Go-Live (post integration) you will transition to Accenture systems. During this period between now and 'Go-Live,' you will remain employed by TalentSprint and continue your current work while learning about Accenture—think of it as operating as 'a company within a company' during this time. There may be some changes required, and these will be communicated as we embark on this journey. More information on the timeline and what happens at each stage will be shared during upcoming information sessions, and you will receive further communications during the integration process.
5.2 Will we continue to use the same tools and systems and keep our laptops?
To facilitate collaboration across our teams and run our joint businesses most effectively, we will migrate onto Accenture back-office systems and replace our laptops. In the short term, your email address will remain unchanged, but you will receive an additional email address, and both will be unified. This transition won't happen overnight and will be managed carefully to ensure that you have enough time to migrate your data and learn how to use new tools. More information on the timeline and what happens at each stage will be shared during upcoming information sessions, and you will receive further communications during the integration process.
5.3 How will TalentSprint team members be kept informed about the transition?
Open communication is important to Accenture and TalentSprint. We are committed to communicating with you openly and directly, on a regular basis. We may not have all the answers immediately but will share information as it is available. We will, for example, continue having our meetings to keep you informed during the transition.
Inside TalentSprint, our HRMS will be the central repository for FAQs and updates. Please address any questions directly with the Senior Leadership team or submit your questions to hr@talentsprint.com
5.4 What happens between announcement & Go-Live?
From now until Go-Live you will continue to be TalentSprint employees. You will continue to operate under existing practices and procedures that you are used to, including your current benefits at TalentSprint. There may be some process changes required prior to Go-Live, and these will be communicated to you well in advance. Our leadership team, in close coordination with Accenture leadership, will continue to drive the business and support you in meeting your objectives and delivering services to clients. During the period between now and Go-Live, TalentSprint and Accenture teams will work together to build the foundation for the two companies to integrate. During this integration period, we will be sharing as much information with you as possible and will of course be asking for your questions, and seeking feedback, along the way.
5.5 What happens at Go-Live?
"Go-Live" is the date when you all get onboarded to Accenture and transition to Accenture systems, processes, payroll, and benefits. More information will be provided on the timelines once they are confirmed.
5.6 What happens to the TalentSprint brand?
TalentSprint brand will transition to Accenture within 8 to 12 months from this announcement. What this means for TalentSprint is that we will now be known as "TalentSprint, part of Accenture" throughout the transition period, and our logo and brand will reflect this. During the integration journey, we will transfer the TalentSprint brand to Accenture by co-creating a detailed transition plan that communicates our combined value proposition to existing and future employees, the marketplace, clients and partners. This multi-step plan will be implemented over the coming months. When this process is complete, we will stop using the interim name and logo and go to market as "Accenture".
5.7 What can I tell my friends & family or share on social media?
Accenture values celebration and collaboration on social media. Please only share publicly available information and use good judgement before you post. The easiest way to spread the good news about our announcement today is to reshare Accenture and TalentSprint's public posts with your network and reference messages published in the press release.
5.8 If I receive questions from the media about this acquisition, who should I direct them to?

6. People

6.1 How will TalentSprint leadership transition happen? What role will TalentSprint Leadership play in future?
The TalentSprint leadership team is going to be critical to the success of the combined business and will continue to play key roles in leading the business going forward. As outlined already, for now, it's business as usual and the leadership team remains. As always you still have access to the leadership team who will support you through the transition. Please do not hesitate to reach out to a member of the team if you've any questions, queries, or concerns. As we integrate, leadership roles will likely evolve, and existing leaders will take on appropriate roles in LearnVantage.
6.2 How will we benefit from joining Accenture? What opportunities are available?
TalentSprint's employees will benefit from joining one of the firms at the forefront of digital transformation, with all that it entails in terms of innovation, clients, people, knowledge, development, and professional opportunities. At Accenture, people are the most important asset. There are many resources, initiatives, and support channels to help employees manage their personal development and professional growth in a company that works on the most advanced topics of technological innovation. We will have the opportunity to participate in cutting-edge training programs and work with leading companies and clients in different industries. Accenture aims to continue to develop and grow both organizations' combined clients and capabilities, in which TalentSprint's expertise will be a part of our Accenture LearnVantage offerings. The breadth, depth and scale of our combined capabilities will offer TalentSprint's employees opportunities to grow and expand their skills to develop their careers on a broader platform. We will soon see that Accenture has what they call a 'culture of cultures', and we will be part of an area where we will feel very comfortable. Joining Accenture gives us the opportunity to expand our role, our experience, and our career development. We will be part of a highly integrated global network, where collaboration and training are supported.
6.3 Will my role change? What will happen to my job?
Your current role and responsibilities will not change immediately. Over the coming months, TalentSprint and Accenture leadership will work closely to understand TalentSprint's career model and how existing roles should be best mapped within Accenture's career framework. This acquisition is all about growth and adding to our capabilities in Accenture. You, along with the rest of TalentSprint's team, bring key skills that are crucial to the business strategy. From a career advancement perspective, the breadth, depth, scale, and stability of the business will offer you opportunities to grow and expand your skills and develop your career at Accenture. Accenture offers the potential for advanced career opportunities, especially as the TalentSprint team makes its mark within the wider organization.
6.4 Will I continue to support my partner & client accounts?
Yes, most likely, in all cases you will continue to support your partner and client accounts.
6.5 Are job reductions anticipated? Or will there be any staff reductions? Or are there plans for downsizing the workforce? Or should we anticipate layoffs?
This acquisition is about growth, and TalentSprint's team is essential to that growth. We are creating the future, and you, our people, are seen as critical in achieving this goal. To be clear, you are the key driver in Accenture's intent to acquire TalentSprint.
6.6. Can I still take my planned time off? Will my pending leaves be transferred?
Absolutely! You can still take your planned time off as per TalentSprint's process. Please keep your manager informed of your holiday plans and log these as before. We have just started the integration period, any solution to overall rewards and benefits will be communicated closer to Go-Live.
6.7 When will I become an Accenture employee as per contract?
For now, current contracts will stay the same. The future approach will be covered as part of the joint discussions Accenture and TalentSprint will have during the transition period. We will come back to you with more information as soon as we can. Immediately after the announcement, TalentSprint employees will be a part of Accenture. Your current contracts with TalentSprint will continue until Go-Live. Your Accenture employment contract will be effective at Go-Live.
6.8 Will my salary and benefits change?
Till Go-Live, your compensation and benefits will continue as per TalentSprint's policies. Accenture offers differentiated total rewards based on merit, expertise, and market relevance. From now until Go-Live, TalentSprint and Accenture teams will work together to understand the compensation and benefits that works best. We will continue to communicate the same to you, as we move forward in the integration journey.
6.9 Will our office locations change?
TalentSprint has locations in Hyderabad, India, and Sunnyvale, California. The combined TalentSprint and Accenture integration leadership team are currently defining the office location strategy. This strategy is based on providing the best support for our combined businesses as well as on practical considerations around space needed, leases, etc. No immediate changes are anticipated.
6.10 Will I be credited for my current years of service with TalentSprint before we were acquired by Accenture? How will my gratuity be calculated?
Yes, your TalentSprint hire date will be reflected in Accenture systems, and service credit will be honored. Gratuity will be calculated from your TalentSprint date of joining.
6.11 What will my future job title and level be?
Accenture uses an internal career framework (called Careers at Accenture) to be able to manage the breadth of skills, career progression, individual levels of accountability and development paths. Over the coming months, as part of a series of collaborative workshops, TalentSprint and Accenture together with their respective HR teams and team leads will work together to jointly determine how TalentSprint's existing career architecture integrates with that of Accenture. TalentSprint leadership teams and HR from both sides are fully involved. As we get nearer the time, we will communicate more about this.
6.12 Will our current HR policies change? If so, then when will it change?
Your current TalentSprint policies will be applicable during the transition phase. Accenture policies will be applicable from "Go-Live" which is also the date when you all will get onboarded to Accenture systems.
7. Culture
7.1 How will this transition impact TalentSprint culture and how do the cultures of Accenture and TalentSprint compare?
Accenture values diversity and collaboration, and both TalentSprint and Accenture share a people-first approach, built on respect, integrity, and a focus on delivering value to clients. We understand cultural change takes time. As we integrate, you will continue to work as one team, under the same leadership. The goal is to keep TalentSprint's close-knit, collaborative spirit alive. Teamwork will stay a priority, with plenty of opportunities to connect—through virtual or in-person meetings, celebrations, and team events. We encourage you to gather at the office on designated days to stay connected and celebrate our successes together.
8. Additional Questions
8.1 Do I need to come to office? Will our work arrangements change (flexible hours, virtual, remote, client site, etc.)?
For now, the offices in Hyderabad will remain unchanged, and we will continue to use them as usual. You will continue to operate in your existing work arrangement. Please continue to respect the security, as well as local legal requirements. Leadership from both Accenture and TalentSprint will work together to continue to evaluate our office spaces needs. We will keep you posted on any changes on the horizon. In the meantime, continue working where, when and how you do today to collaborate with your teams and deliver for your clients. Any change in this regard will be communicated to you well in advance.
8.2 Will all TalentSprint clients automatically switch to becoming Accenture Clients?
There are no immediate or automatic changes made from a client or partner perspective. TalentSprint's client and partner contracts will continue to be honored as "business as usual," with all teams continuing to focus on delivering impactful transformational learning programs. We will work with each client and partner to discuss how they can best leverage the breadth and depth of capabilities now offered through TalentSprint and Accenture.
8.3 What learning opportunities are available at Accenture?
Accenture recognizes its people are its most valuable asset. There are many resources to help you manage your career development and professional growth. Accenture knows that success for its people requires two things: the right skills and the right opportunities. Constant learning is essential to building the right skills, which is why Accenture make learning—from basic skills to industry specific content—available to all its people.
