The International Data Corporation, however, presents a bright spot for AI in an otherwise gloomy employment picture. One of its studies published in WSJ, says that AI jobs could increase as much as 16% in 2020, against the 13% predicted before COVID-19 took hold.
Now observing AI in India, the adoption rate has been on the rise and by 2023 at least 50% of enterprise applications will have embedded AI functionality built within the system. And by 2025, AI will have become integral to businesses.
As companies confront and adapt to the new reality, the only road to recovery for organizations will be by deploying AI-enabled solutions to reignite top-line growth. Therefore, going forward, professionals honing AI expertise will only become valuable.
