Aritro Bhattacharyya leads the enterprise business at TalentSprint. In this role, he focuses on strengthening corporate partnerships, driving go-to-market execution, and building new service capabilities across enterprise-facing verticals.
He brings over 15 years of experience spanning EdTech, Higher Education, Mental Health Services, and Talent Assessment. In his most recent role as Head of Sales and Customer Success at Silver Oak Health, Aritro helped the company grow into a well-recognized provider of mental health solutions, serving more than 800 corporate clients. He was instrumental in setting up the go-to-market approach for international partnerships and played a key role in launching and scaling the government business vertical.
Earlier in his career, Aritro worked with organizations such as the Indian School of Business and Pearson, where he contributed to business development and customer engagement initiatives.
This marks Aritro’s second tenure at TalentSprint. During his previous stint, he made a meaningful impact on the Executive Education business by expanding the program portfolio, improving topline contribution, and scaling a high-performing sales team. His strategic approach and execution discipline helped establish a strong growth trajectory for the vertical.
Aritro holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and an MBA, and is also an executive education alumnus of IIM Calcutta.
He has always been passionate about helping people grow—whether by identifying potential through assessments, enabling skill development through technology programs, or supporting employee well-being through mental health services. Outside of work, Aritro keeps himself updated on current affairs. He also enjoys music, long drives, cooking, and is also exploring coffee farming.
