Laxmikanth Venkatraman, CEO of Broadridge Financial, shared insights with trainees at TalentSprint today. He shared personal experiences and talked about he accidentally started a career in the IT industry.

He advised trainees to focus on building their confidence. He talked about how 90% of what people think of you is based on how you project yourself. He also talked about how they should explore and get themselves out of their comfort zone to really learn and experiment. A solid foundation in fundamentals is critical because ultimately self confidence comes from what you know and your belief in being able to tackle challenges head-on.
