This Code of Conduct is an agreement between the User and TalentSprint. Every User who seeks access to the TalentSprint’s digital delivery platform, iPearl.ai (Platform), implemented for (“Partner Institute”) for delivery of its (“Program” / “Programme”) needs to adhere and comply with the policies prescribed in this Code of Conduct. This is in addition to other applicable Code of Conduct and Terms and Conditions that the User may have entered into with (“Partner Institute”). Non-adherence to this Code of Conduct will be looked into seriously and will be met with appropriate disciplinary action and may result in denial of Platform access to the User.
TalentSprint and the Institution regularly reviews their internal procedures and policies and as a result, the contents of this document may change from time to time. Without prejudice to any stipulation herein or except where specifically mentioned otherwise, TalentSprint and the Institution reserves the right to modify or terminate any of the policies described herein at its discretion by issuing a written notification of the change or by issuing an amendment to this Code of Conduct. Except where provided otherwise and without prejudice to any stipulation herein to the contrary, TalentSprint and the Institution reserves the right to make an exception to any of the contents in Code of Conduct.
If you violate these conditions, your account will be terminated immediately.
You expressly agree that in no event shall TalentSprint, the Institution, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable to you or any person for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or other damages (including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of information or programs or other data on your information handling system) that are related to the use of, or the inability to use, the services.
