All participants (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”/ “You”/ “Your”) enrolled for the program titled Certified Full Stack Developer (“Program” / “Programme”) are expected to adhere to and comply with the policies prescribed in these program terms and conditions (“Program Terms and Conditions”). By using the service provided by TalentSprint through the Platform (defined below) and accessing the Program (“Services”) You accept these Program Terms and Conditions. If You do not agree with these Program Terms and Conditions, please do not access or use TalentSprint Private Limited’s (“TalentSprint”/ “Us”/ “Our”) platform for accessing the Program https://learn.talentsprint.com/login (“Platform”) and You will not have access to the Program. TalentSprint regularly review their internal procedures and policies and as a result, the contents of this document may change from time to time. Without prejudice to any stipulation herein or except where specifically mentioned otherwise, TalentSprint reserves the right to modify or terminate any of the Services or the policies described herein at its discretion by issuing a written notification of the change or by issuing an amendment to this Program Terms and Conditions, and such changes shall be deemed effective immediately upon such notification. Your continued use of the Services following the notice of changes will be deemed acceptance to the changes. Except where provided otherwise and without prejudice to any stipulation herein to the contrary, TalentSprint alone reserves the right to make an exception to any of the contents in the Program Terms and Conditions.
These Program Terms and Conditions supersede all previous oral and written terms and conditions (if any) communicated to You and shall act as a binding agreement between TalentSprint and You. These Program Terms and Conditions along with the Privacy Policy, Website Terms & Conditions , Classroom Etiquette, Honor Code, Certification and Academic Guidelines, Content Guidelines and other policies and guidelines of TalentSprint’s Platform (collectively referred to as"Program Policies") constitute a binding agreement and an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules there under and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records under various Indian statutes. These Program Terms and Conditions will subsist until completion of the Program.
