LEAD brings together four dimensions of enterprise leadership: LEARN, ENHANCE, ASPIRE, and DELIVER. Delivered entirely on the IIM Calcutta campus, the programme creates an immersive environment for accomplished leaders to broaden executive perspective, elevate strategic judgement, anticipate emerging possibilities, and translate leadership intent into impact.
The experience is further enriched by three distinctive elements: the Learning Diary, Organizational Manifesto, and The CEO Looks Back, connecting reflection and enterprise application with perspectives from current and former CEOs.
Yes. LEAD is an entirely in-person programme structured across four on-campus engagements at IIM Calcutta. The format creates the space for accomplished leaders to step away from immediate priorities, engage in consequential dialogue, examine diverse cross-industry perspectives, and build enduring professional relationships within a chosen leadership circle.
The engagements are scheduled for 27 to 31 January 2027, 12 to 17 April 2027, 23 to 28 August 2027, and 6 to 11 December 2027, enabling participants to plan their professional commitments well in advance.
The curriculum follows the four-part LEARN, ENHANCE, ASPIRE, and DELIVER framework, progressing from enterprise fundamentals to executive judgement, contemporary business challenges, and organisation-wide execution.
Across the four modules, you engage with themes spanning competitive advantage, AI-first strategy, business model innovation, global strategy, transformational leadership, decision-making under uncertainty, and enterprise growth. The CEO Looks Back runs across all modules, bringing perspectives from current and former CEOs on the realities of leading enterprises.
