Emmanuel Gosula Senior Resource Development Manager, EPAM Systems

With extensive experience in managing HR, TA, L&D, and Resource Development and Management Functions for a headcount of 1200, Emmanuel Gosula has been an emotionally intelligent and trusted HR Advisor for 16 Years. Besides being a coach and an adviser to business leaders, managers, and employees, he has also worked to implement Competency-Based PMS, Compa-Ratio and instrumental in designing online PMS, Intranet, and Leave Management tools. While working closely with colleagues across the US, Australia, and Europe, he has designed and implemented key employee relations/ engagement initiatives. He has achieved proficiency in HR Analytics as well. He is now a board member of the NHRDN Hyderabad Chapter, Hysea HR forum member, an XLRI alumnus. Know more.
