About TSCoE Marquee Placement Program
TalentSprint’s Marquee Placement Program is an exclusive program for Centre of Excellence (TSCoE) Partners to train top students from select universities / colleges for high end jobs in product companies. This unique one of its kind program helps prepare students from tier 2 & 3 colleges (Colleges other than IITs) to get placed in the current recruitment cycle in product companies.
Product companies want resources with top notch problem solving, communication and coding skills. The selections are becoming more stringent in the pandemic time (Selection ratio less than 1%). The candidate’s ability to face interviews and demonstrate knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms is a must. Through this program, you will be equipped with the knowledge and skills required for going through the rigorous selection process and landing a job at your dream company.

Talent Hunt
To be a part of this program, candidates will have to go through a 3 stage selection process, where they will be assessed on:
- Quantitative, Reasoning & Coding Aptitude
- Communication Skills
- Interview
Scholarships
Each TSCOE College can avail the following scholarships (offered for every 50 students competing per college):
- Topper will get a 100% scholarship
- 1st Runner up will get a 50% scholarship
Program Details
- Duration: 6 Weeks
- Eligibility: All students graduating between 2020 to 2023
- Application Fee to participate in the Talent Hunt: INR 2,000
- Program Fee: INR 50,000 + GST
