Mr. Som Mittal, President NASSCOM addressed trainees at TalentSprint today. Dr. Santanu Paul, CEO at TalentSprint introduced Mr. Som Mittal to the trainees saying, “We are very fortunate to have Mr. Som Mittal visit us today. He spends most of his time speaking to CEOs of IT companies, but you are fortunate to have him talk to you so early in your career.”
Mr. Ramanathan addressed the trainees at TalentSprint. Over 250 trainees attended the lively, interactive session. Mr. Ramanathan brought in a product company perspective and discussed the typical challenges faced by indian companies in IT adoption. He also discussed how they are using social media effectively within enterprises to reach out to employees.
