This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) provides information about how TalentSprint Inc., having its registered office at TalentSprint Inc, 3411, Silverside Road, Tatnall Building, Suite 104, Wilmington, DE 19810, County of New Castle (the “Website Provider” / “we”/ “us”/ “our”) collects, uses, stores, archives and transfers information/data (used interchangeably hereafter) from you, through your use of the website https://talentsprint.com/usa (“Website”).

By accessing the Website and using the services provided by the Website Provider through the Website including the courses offered by the Website Provider in association with Google LLC and other partners (the “Service”), you agree to the terms of this Policy and hereby consent to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as provided herein. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, please do not access the Website and use the Services.

This Policy will be considered to be an electric record and will not require any physical, electronic, or digital signature.

Scope

This Policy covers only data collected through the Website and does not covers any other data collection or processing, including, without limitation, data collection practices of other mobile applications or web pages that are linked to the Website or data that is collected offline or through web sites, products, or services offered or belonging to third parties. Occasionally, reference would be made to this Policy in notices and consent requests related to specific surveys, ratings or other modalities present in the Website.

Types of Data and Collection Methods

Data might be collected by the Website Provider; when you (i) request information; (ii)apply to use or participate in or subscribe to any Service offered through the Website; (iii) submit any content on the Website; (iv) register as a user; or (vi) otherwise actively send data through/using the Website. Information You Provide to Us

  • Personal Information: We access personal information provided by you, such as information provided at the time of (i) registration or in relation to use or modification of your account, (ii) request for on-demand services, customer support, or (iii) which is otherwise communicated to us which may include, but is not limited to, your name, gender, email address(es), mobile/phone number, mailing address(es), designation, name of your employer, photo, video, class recordings, graduation year, graduation percentile, (“Personal Information”), to (a) resolve any complaints/feedback in relation to the use of the Website, (b) enhance your experience of the Website; and (c) provide you with customized content/services on the Website. We may also receive and collect information that you chose to upload, sync or import from the device on which the Website is being used.
  • Sensitive Information: We may store your bank account details, and other identity proof details, as well as related personal information, such as your name, address, mobile number, date of birth, education, professional experience, etc., provided by you to the Website

  • Usage and Preference Information: We may access information about your interactions with the Website such as the date and time you use the Website, the areas or pages of the Website or internet resources that you visit (through the Website), the amount of time you spend viewing pages, the searches you make, the services you avail; and the settings you have chosen. The Website Provider may use the above mentioned technologies to: (i) monitor the Website usage; and (ii) improve the content and services provided on and through the Website.   • Log Information: When you interact with the Website, we collect server logs, which may include information like IP address, access dates and times, and other system activity, type of browser, and the third-party site or service you were using before interacting with the Website to understand the usage of the Website and the demographic information about the user base of the Website.
  • Interactive Features/Forums Information: The Website Provider will store the information you share using the interactive features (such as learning management system, online chat, online classroom sessions and email features) of the Website. The Website Provider may also keep track of how you interact with links across the Website including email notifications, third-party services, and client applications, by redirecting clicks or through other means. The Website Provider does this to help improve the Service, for example to be able to share aggregate click statistics such as how many times a particular link was clicked on. You may receive email or other forms of communications from such partners and affiliates of TalentSprint, including program, other events or projects, products or services of such partners or affiliates

The Website may contain hyperlinks to other websites, content or resources. We have no control over any websites or resources, which are provided by other companies or persons. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability of any such external sites or resources, and do not endorse any advertising, products or other materials on or available from such websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any loss or damage which may be incurred by you as a result of the availability of those external sites or resources, or as a result of any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy or existence of any advertising, products or other materials on, or available from, such websites or resources. These third-party service providers and third-party sites may have their own privacy policies governing the storage and retention of your personal information that you may be subject to. We recommend that when you enter a third-party website, you review the third-party site’s privacy policy as it relates to safeguarding your personal information collected by such third party. If personal information you have submitted through the Website is no longer accurate, current, or complete, you should update these changes using the Website or by writing to the Website Provider at customercare@talentsprint.com, but the Website Provider reserves the right to use information obtained previously to verify your identity or take other actions that it believes is appropriate.

You further acknowledge that the Website may contain information which is designated confidential by us and that you shall not disclose such information without our prior written consent. Your information is regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, unless if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities or as per this Policy. We have a strict ‘No Spam’ policy. We don’t share email address of our users for marketing purpose. We may send you certain emails in relation to the proper functioning of your account, your opinion of current services or of potential new services to be offered on the Website or any promotional material. If you wish to opt-out of receiving promotional emails, please send a request to customercare@talentsprint.com.

Retention

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active and is required for the purposes mentioned hereinunder or as required by law.

You therefore agree that any security breaches beyond the control of our standard security procedures are at your sole risk and discretion. Should you desire to withdraw your consent, the Website Provider requests that you close your user account and stop accessing the Website and the Services.

The Website Provider reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Policy at any time, but will alert you that changes have been made by indicating on the Policy the date it was last updated. When you use the Website, you are accepting the current version of this Policy as posted on the Website at that time. It is recommended that users revisit this Policy on occasion to learn of any changes.

    • To avail storage and cloud services: Google Cloud India Pvt Ltd, Google Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., Google Ireland Limited, Google LLC, Amazon Internet Services Private Ltd, Amazon Web Services, Inc. or its affiliates;
  3. Individual rights:
    1. Right to restriction of processing. You shall have the right to restrict the Website Provider from using or processing the information concerning You where the accuracy of the information is contested (in which case We may require You to give written evidence to that effect), or processing is unlawful or where it is no longer necessary for the Website Provider for the purpose of processing.
    2. Notification of erasure, rectification and restriction. We will communicate any rectification or erasure of your personal information or restriction of processing to each recipient to whom your personal information has been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.

California Privacy Rights

  1. California “Shine the Light” Law. Cal. Civ. Code §1798.83 permits California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please send an email to customercare@talentsprint.com.
  2. Do Not Track: Some web browsers may transmit “do-not-track” signals to the websites and other online services with which a user communicates. There is no industry standard that governs what, if anything, websites should do when they receive these signals. We currently do not take action in response to these signals. If and when a standard is established and accepted, we may revisit our policy on responding to these signals.

  4. California Privacy Law: California's Civil Code section 1798.100 et seq. provides residents of California a number of rights as they relate to Personal Information. These are the “right to know”, the “right to delete”, and the “right to opt-out”.
    • Right to Know: You may request TalentSprint provide you the specific pieces of personal information that TalentSprint has about you; categories of personal information we have collected about you; categories of sources from which the personal information is collected; categories of personal information that TalentSprint sold or disclosed for a business purpose about you; categories of third parties to whom the personal information was sold or disclosed for a business purpose; and the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information. Please note that much of the information you can make a request for is already contained in this Policy. Should you wish to exercise this right, please see the section below which explains how to do so. If you do not have an account with TalentSprint, we may ask for some Personal Information in order to verify your identity and your rights to the data subject to your request.
    • Right to Delete: California law gives residents a limited right to request deletion of their Personal Information. However, this right is limited by a number of exceptions. Fundamentally, if TalentSprint has a permissible need to retain Personal Information, we are not under an obligation to delete such information, even when requested. Generally, we retain Personal Information so we may complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between us and you; detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity; debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality of our online properties; enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with TalentSprint; comply with a legal obligation; or otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which your provided the information. As such, we generally do not accept requests to delete Personal Information. However, we will respond to requests to remove Personal Information from some of our systems as a part of a request to close or otherwise disable a membership account. If you would like to request deletion of Personal Information, please see the section below which explains how to do so. If you do not have an account with TalentSprint, we may ask for some Personal Information in order to verify your identity and your rights to the data subject to your request.
    • Right to Opt-Out: While we do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense, TalentSprint does sell your Personal Information to third parties as defined by applicable California law. This is because we share Personal Information with third parties for marketing purposes and permit our marketing partners to collect data directly from you. You may choose to opt-out of the sharing of your Personal Information with third parties for marketing purposes at any time by submitting a request by using the mechanisms noted below under “Exercising California Privacy Rights”.
  5. Non-discrimination: California law does not permit TalentSprint to discriminate against you because you exercised any your rights under this title, including, but not limited to, by: denying you access to goods or services; charging different prices or rates for goods or services, including through the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties; providing a different level or quality of goods or services; suggesting that you will receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
