Subramaniyan Venkataraman, Vice President, Software Engineering, CA Technologies visited TalentSprint and had a heart to heart chat with the TalentSprint trainees. Mr. Venkataraman has had over 22 years of experience in the IT industry in both India and the U.S. This includes nine years in leadership roles which shone through as he easily and readily connected with the crowd. He narrated his life story and pointed out the similarities between him and them; the rural background, the supposed low-confidence. He then went on to say how the low-confidence spurred him to work harder and smarter, so he could be on par with the city kids.

Mr. Venkataraman instilled his mantra of the 3 Ds (Dedication, Detachment and Discipline) and the 3 Cs (Conceptual understanding, Confidence, Communication). He stressed on how if you do everything you do with full conceptual understanding, you will not fail.

The trainees really warmed up to Mr. Venkataraman and enthusiastically asked him many questions regarding the industry.
