Our Journey Begins
TalentSprint was founded in 2009 and began operations in India, offering courses for bank entrance exam preparations and coding bootcamps. From the very start, we placed deeptech at the heart of every initiative, fueling our commitment to equip learners with advanced skills that would shape the future of industries.
Partnership with NSDC
As our corporate footprint grew, we caught the attention of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), who offered to partner with us at our nascent stage. This strategic collaboration provided us with invaluable support, accelerating our mission to deliver high-quality bootcamps and talent development programs across India.
Funding from Nexus Venture
We secured Series A funding from Nexus Venture Partners, transforming us into an established young startup. This pivotal investment laid the foundation for TalentSprint, enabling us to build the strong, innovative company we are today.

The launch of our patent-pending iPearl platform marked a breakthrough in digital learning. Purpose-built for deeptech programs, it delivers a personalized, immersive experience at scale. iPearl has since become the trusted platform for professionals seeking industry-aligned upskilling, reinforcing our leadership in cutting-edge, career-transforming education.
Introduced Certificate Programs
TalentSprint pioneered certificate programs in collaboration with IIIT Hyderabad, bringing academic excellence to working professionals. Simultaneously, a strategic partnership with Pegasystems deepened our corporate footprint, empowering college students with in-demand skills in low-code automation—cementing our role at the intersection of academia, enterprise, and emerging technology.
Launched WE program
Our WISE (Women in Software Engineering) program launched in 2013 set a new benchmark in nurturing top-tier women tech talent. Building on its resounding success, the WE (Women Engineers) program was introduced in partnership with Google to scale the impact—empowering thousands of aspiring women engineers with mentorship, training, and industry access.
Expanding Partnerships
As our certificate programs gained strong traction, TalentSprint expanded its academic footprint by forging partnerships with IIM Calcutta, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Kanpur, and IISc Bangalore. This unmatched portfolio made us the only edtech company in India to collaborate with such a prestigious lineup of institutions, reinforcing our leadership in deeptech education.

Impressed by our strong business performance and commitment to high-quality education, the National Stock Exchange (NSE) acquired TalentSprint—marking a significant milestone in our journey. This strategic backing reinforced our credibility, accelerated our growth, and positioned us as a key player in India’s deeptech and professional education ecosystem.
