TalentSprint organizes High-Profile Industry Connect Conclave on “Talent Requirements for 2013 and 2014”

Coimbatore,23^rd March, 2013: TalentSprint, a pioneer in creating high performance professionals for the IT and BFSI industry with centers in Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore, today organized a one day interactive session on “Talent Requirements for 2013 and 2014” at SVS Institutions, Coimbatore. The Conclave was organized with a special focus on providing Industry Connect for the Engineering colleges of Tamil Nadu.

More than 15 eminent Industry leaders deliberated on key themes around fresher requirements. More than 250 participants were present that included Placement directors and Principals from Engineering Institutions in Tamil Nadu.

More than 15 eminent Industry leaders like B Krishnamurthy, Ex Global VP, Wipro, Barathi Baskar, VP-Citibank & Sun TV Debate Speaker, Dharmarajan Narayanan, Head HR, Larson & Toubro among others shared their experience on the key themes. The key theme was discussions by CXOs on talent requirements and “The Future of Skills and Jobs”. Other sessions focused on industry specific requirements for IT Services, financial technology and other core industries. A panel of experts deliberated on how to create talent that will foster World-class Innovation.
