Qualification Process
• Bachelors degree or higher
• Minimum 50% marks in aggregate
• Resident of Andhra Pradesh

Selection Process
• Career Counselling
• Written aptitude test
• Personal interview
• For successful candidates, a Letter of Selection

Registration Process
• Program Registration against Letter of Selection
• Issuance of ICICI Prudential Provisional Offer Letter

Formal & Experiential Learning
• 3 months formal learning at TalentSprint (April-June, 2009)
• 3 months experiential learning at ICICI Prudential (internship) (July-September, 2009)
• Certification & Absorption into ICICI Prudential (upon meeting ALL program requirements)
