Rohit is the Chief Delivery Officer at TalentSprint. He heads delivery and academic operations and is responsible for customer success across programs for working professionals and young graduates offered by TalentSprint. He also leads the hybrid learning platform that has been conceptualized and built over the last few years.

Rohit is an educator and digital learning enthusiast with varied experience in the education technology sector. He has donned multiple roles and worked in different areas including digital teaching, instructional design, product management, sales and marketing, digital learning platforms, market strategy, and operations. He has also headed sales and marketing strategy, delivery and operations for the digital business at TalentSprint and brought national recognition to BankersChoice and TalentSprint brands among first time job seekers.

Rohit is passionate about teaching and has built a rich library of over 3000 videos on Aptitude and Reasoning for competitive exams like MBA entrance, Bank and Govt recruitment. He played an instrumental role in launching a digital platform that helped over a million aspirants get ready for their careers in entry-level white-collar jobs. His videos on YouTube have garnered over 20 million views so far.

Rohit graduated with an M.Tech in Electrical Power Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. He is also an executive education alumnus of IIM Calcutta.
