TalentSprint will manage this program for AppLabs.

"Software testing is a high-growth sector within the IT industry and we are optimistic about a growing demand for certified software testing professionals within our increasing global customer base. "TalentSprint is extremely pleased to join hands with AppLabs to build a supply chain of young and bright software testing professionals. The quality and cost advantage offered by such programs is very compelling. We want candidates selected for this program to receive the internationally-recognized ISTQB Foundation Certification and acquire the necessary personal effectiveness skills by the time they start their career at AppLabs", remarked Madhu Murthy Ronanki, co-Founder and President of TalentSprint.

ISTQB stands for the International Software Testing Qualification Board, a leading international body that prescribes standards for learning and certification in the field of software testing and quality.

The four-month program involves one month of intensive formal training on software testing followed by three months of internship at AppLabs. Fresh engineering graduates in the fields of CSE/IT/ECE/EEE with minimum 70% marks are eligible to appear for the selection test. Selected candidates will receive provisional job offer letters at the start of the program and must meet all academic and internship requirements by the end of four months.
