Chowdary said that if the program launched all over the country it would not only solve the unemployment problem but also the growth of economy. "We planned to approach the Union Government for financial support," he said."We see a growing need for software testers in the industry. By introducing our training programs in rural Andhra Pradesh and our first focused training program in Anantapur, we are able to expand the industry-ready entry level talent pool while promoting employability for the rural youth," said Dr Santanu Paul, CEO and Managing Director at TalentSprint. The tie-up between TalentSprint and ADI Foundation will be a good platform to bridge the gap between prospective employers and unemployed rural youth. The program will hone their skills and provide them with industry relevant training."We are also able to provide young engineers in Anantapur with the opportunity to develop their testing skills and start their careers in software testing with some of the leading IT companies," said Chowdary. This initiative will be extended to Chennai and Kolkata in a phased manner, he added.
