Isha Bhalla is a dynamic sales leader and has been instrumental in driving TalentSprint’s growth strategy. Since joining TalentSprint in 2022, she has been playing a pivotal leadership role in transforming sales operations, accelerating revenue growth, and deepening industry and academic partnerships. Under her leadership, the B2C function has achieved significant scale and performance excellence.
With over 14 years of diverse experience across Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Key Account Management, Isha has consistently delivered high-impact results. Prior to TalentSprint, Isha held key positions at Hughes Global Education, CL Educate (Career Launcher), and ABB. Her career is marked by multiple awards and she has been recognized for her outstanding contributions and leadership excellence at numerous occasions
Isha’s core strengths lie in GTM strategy, channel and partner ecosystem development, and team leadership. Her ability to navigate complex markets and build high-performing teams has made her a standout leader in the education and technology space.
An Alumna of Mount Carmel College, Bangalore, Isha holds an MBA in Marketing from Visvesvaraya Technological University and is an Executive Education Alumna of IIM Calcutta.
