As Chief Financial Officer at TalentSprint, Tanweer plays a pivotal role in driving financial excellence, optimizing costs, ensuring seamless operations, and enabling effective business outcomes. His expertise spans Finance Controllership, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Treasury, Audit, Compliance, Transfer Pricing, and General Accounting.

Before joining TalentSprint, Tanweer served as CFO and Board Member at RealPage India Pvt. Ltd. He has a proven track record of setting up Finance & Accounting Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in India's Global Capability Centers (GCCs).

An advocate for operational excellence, he has led multiple transformation projects that streamlined processes, enhanced efficiencies, and generated significant cost savings. His strategic acumen enables him to align financial decisions with business growth, ensuring impactful execution.

Tanweer is a Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost and Works Accountant (ICWA), and a Green Belt (GB) certified professional. He holds a Commerce degree from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata.
