He is the Group Chief Financial Officer & Head of Corporate Affairs at NSE. He has played a pivotal role in transforming NSE into one of the world's most successful exchanges.

He has over 32 years of experience in Corporate Strategy & Finance, M&A, Treasury, Risk Management, Taxation, Auditing & Assurance, and Performance Management.

He has also been a visiting Faculty of Finance and Management Accounting at leading academic institutions. He is a recipient of prestigious honors, including ‘Best CFO of the year 2014’ by ABP News BFSI Awards and ‘Most influential CFO of India’ by CIMA, UK.

Yatrik is an alumnus of the Kellogg School of Business, USA, and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
