Debjani spearheads Partnership and Brand Communications at TalentSprint. She is involved in building new deep tech learning programs in partnership with top academic institutes and corporates. Debjani has over 26 years of rich corporate experience, serving managerial and leadership roles across leading IT organizations and startups of high repute.

Earlier, she was with Microsoft where she handled business development operations for nearly 13 years. At Microsoft, she led ecosystem and industry outreach functions across government bodies, startups, developers and academia. As the founding member of Microsoft for Startups, she has helped several tech startup founders build their brand positioning and pitch strategies.

Furthermore, she also delivered several out of the box employee experience, talent attraction and CSR programs for Microsoft India Development Center, one of Microsoft's largest R&D centres in Hyderabad. She has also worked in the traditional media industry as a journalist during the first few years of her career.

Her areas of expertise encompass Business Development, Operations, and building Brand Communication. On the academic front, Debjani holds Masters in Economics from the University of Calcutta. In addition, she holds a Diploma in French from Alliance Francaise, Calcutta.
